They serviced my vehicle warranted out the tires did a alignment witch is was very pleased with, but they did not mention that they only put 4 out of 5 of my security lug nuts on back passenger wheel when I went to get a replacement from them they did not have the right lug nuts to go on my wheels . After I told them I was gonna go to another shop to get the right lug nuts I asked the. If they would refund me the money for one. thhere response was sonly after I got another service done these guys are scandalous . And would not trust them to fog my bathroom mirror. AVOID THiS SHOP AT ALL COSTS

Silas and Luke are both very helpful. They provide the work environment with joy and with ease, can get you in and out. We have saved so much from their perks, too! Very much recommend.

Do not take your vehicle to this location! Over the past couple years I have gone here because it is close to my house. I was recently a victim of a hit & run. So I took it into this Firestone. They quoted me $4,000 on a problem that was not that much to fix. Before that they made up problems on my car to charge me for. I took my car back there 3 times for something they said “needed fixed”. The first 2 times they tried it didn’t work. So then the part has been on back order for over a year now. Got charged! But the problem never got fixed. Before this I took my car here because the coolant reservoir fell off! When they put it on they put GREEN COOLANT in a car that takes Dexcool ORANGE COOLANT. You do not do this!! When I asked the manager about this on the phone he said they ONLY USE GREEN as a Universal coolant . So then I go in to the store and he says and he says “I never said that we wouldn’t use the wrong coolant” like he didn’t just tell me firestone only uses GREEN coolant. Through out all the business and money I have given this place they constantly have left me with problems! This location has had multiple mangers over the years and doesn’t even require a manager on th
